Screen Flow in Salesforce

Introduction:

Screen Flow is a powerful feature in Salesforce that allows you to create interactive and user-friendly processes. By following a few simple steps, you can easily create a Screen Flow to guide users through a specific task or process. Follow these steps:- 

Gear Icon -> Home -> Search for “flow” on it.

 

Then select “New Screen Flow” and create it.

After that, create a new variable as a source for “recordId”.

Then click on “Add Element” and select “Screen”.

You will see that we have a label value, header section, and footer section.

The component has a text value, so I can use it here and set the value as the label name.

After that, I create a related record for a particular record.

Click “Done” and save the flow.

Afterward, go to the Accounts tab, navigate to the record of an account, and edit the page layout to set the created flow.


Fill in the value for the contact and submit, then we can see our contact.
